Being part of the Nova Education Trust means contributing to a shared mission of transformational education that positively impacts the lives of children, young people, educators, and the wider community. Central to this mission are the Nova Networks, which serve as a driving force within our trust’s improvement model and play a vital role in the continuing professional learning (CPL) of Pillar Leaders in all schools.
Led by the Trust’ School Improvement Team, and grounded in collaboration, these networks reflect our ‘trust informed, school driven’ ethos. They exemplify Nova’s culture of development and growth, built on the belief that by nurturing transformative people within a culture of excellence, we create truly transformational schools.
Our Offer
We are very keen to extend our current suite of trust work with others to include our networks, but for now membership to Nova Networks remains exclusive to our trust colleagues. We look forward to opening our membership to colleagues locally and nationally in the near future.
