Nichole Munro

Dr Nichole Munro is an experienced CEO and education leader, currently serving as Chief Executive of a Multi-Academy Trust in the North East of England. She has previously worked internationally as a Senior Education Consultant and founded six educational start-ups across the Middle East, including British International Schools and MENA University Technical Colleges. Nichole joined Ofsted as an Inspector of Learning and Skills in 2010, where she served for four years, and has also held academic leadership positions, including Senior Lecturer in Initial Teacher Education at Edge Hill University.

Nichole is recognised for designing bespoke improvement frameworks that raise standards and address complex challenges in diverse educational settings. Her expertise spans strategic planning, quality assurance, school improvement, and technical and vocational education. In her current Trust leadership role, she champions wellbeing, employability, and international education, aligning educational impact with long-term societal value.
